Project Management

Complete project oversight

Track every aspect of your construction projects from bid to closeout.

Project Tracking

Manage projects with budgets, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and multi-organization sharing. Visual status workflow with color-coded indicators.

Client Management

Maintain client records with company info, contact details, and project history. Multi-organization client sharing across your company structure.

Vendor Directory

Centralized vendor management with account numbers per organization, portal URLs, and integration with purchase orders and equipment.

Schedule & Tasks

Calendar / List / To Do List (Kanban) views with drag-and-drop, plus subtasks (with their own dates + assignees), comments with @mentions, attachments, and activity logging. Reminders before due (in-app bell), editable recurrence with skip-occurrence, duplicate, dependency tracking, and a repeat icon on recurring tasks. Triage chips (Overdue / Blocked), one-click 'My Day' focus, sort by date/priority/assignee, smart bulk reschedule, and a view that remembers itself. Project Calendar auto-populates dates from POs, submittals, equipment, inspections, issues, punch list, and PEMB orders with color-coded section filters.

Task Planner

A dedicated planning canvas for everything assigned to or created by you. A drag-and-drop Matrix re-schedules a task by moving it across time buckets (Overdue → Today → This Week → … → Done) and re-assigns project/status/priority by moving it across rows — drop on Done to complete. Flip to a database-style Table for fast inline edits and bulk actions. Create and fully edit tasks in a slide-over without leaving the page.

Global Search (⌘K)

Press ⌘K from anywhere to jump to any project, client, vendor, purchase order, work order, task, or comment by name, number, or text. Results grouped by type and scoped to your access.

Notification Digests

Scheduled daily/weekly summaries by email and Telegram — overdue tasks, expiring subcontractor insurance/certs, equipment due back, aging POs, and RFIs due soon — plus a unified in-app notification bell with a 30-day Notification History page to revisit anything you dismissed.

Project Schedule / Gantt

Interactive Gantt with hierarchical phases, tasks, and subtasks, dependency tracking (FS/SS/FF/SF), and drag-to-reschedule — moves cascade through the whole dependency chain while preserving gaps. A Critical Path toggle highlights the zero-slack chain that drives your finish date (with per-task float/slack); Baselines overlay a saved 'planned' snapshot to reveal start/finish variance; and a Lookahead window focuses the view on the next 2–8 weeks. Add sub-items or delete dependency links right on the chart, completed work shows as solid dark bars, the view opens on today and remembers itself per project, and a per-user view-only permission stops accidental edits. Rich hover tooltips, day/week/month zoom, a full-width layout for large/4K monitors, and PDF export.

Weather-Integrated Scheduling

Mark schedule items weather-sensitive (pours, crane lifts, roofing) and the Gantt shows a 7-day forecast right in the timeline header with bad-weather days tinted red. Every evening PAMPA checks tomorrow's forecast, alerts the PM and crew when weather-sensitive work is at risk, and logs each project's actual daily weather — documentation you can point to in delay claims.

Sub Schedule Confirmations

Send any sub a 'Confirm you'll be on site' email straight from the schedule — they confirm or decline from a simple link, no account needed. If the dates move later, the old answer is automatically flagged outdated so you know to re-send.

Punch List

Track project punch items with multi-photo support, Card/Table/Kanban views, bulk actions, and PDF report generation with photo galleries.

Teams, Roles & Real Permissions

Assign users to project teams with configurable roles and 25 granular permissions controlling tab visibility and actions. Share a project with a partner organization and its people can find and open it, while roles decide what they see inside. Permissions are enforced end-to-end — in the sidebar, at the URL, in the APIs and in the database itself — and an Access Matrix shows every person's effective access in one click, with sensitive data like payroll and budgets locked at the database level.

Submittals

Track construction submittals (shop drawings, product data, spec sheets) with status workflow, expandable detail rows, professional cover page PDFs, and submittal log export. Build submittals from documents you already have: select files on the project's Documents or Plans tabs — or collect them in the PAMPA Brain cart — and one click bundles them into a numbered submittal package with every file attached. Mark up a spec sheet before it goes out: every PDF attachment opens in the same annotation editor the Plan Room uses, so you can highlight the model, finish and options that apply to this project. Marked-up files are flagged and previewable, and the merged submittal package carries the highlights — or send clean copies with one tick-box. The original file is never modified. Every attachment shows a first-page thumbnail and can be dragged into the exact page order the merged package should follow, and the AI spec-section suggestion fills in both the CSI number and its name — printed on the cover page as '07 42 13 — Metal Wall Panels'.

AI Submittal Register

Point AI Extract at the project's spec book and it reads every section — including the easy-to-miss warranty and closeout articles — and proposes the full submittal register: spec section, what must be submitted, and the type. Review, edit, and add the whole list in one click; days of manual log-building becomes minutes.

Receipts & QBO

Capture field receipts with phone camera, track by vendor, project, and budget dimension (10 phases). AI reads the photo or PDF and pre-fills vendor, total, date, and title; the desktop dialog shows the receipt full-size next to the form. Email directly to QuickBooks Online with dimension data — routed to any of your companies' books or a client's, with the destination shown on every receipt and confirmed before sending. Shared-org project support.

Jobs — Small-Work Workspace

Remodels, additions, and quick jobs get their own home: everything a project has where it matters (crew clock-in, tasks, photos, pay apps, T&M) with a trimmed 15-tab workspace and none of the big-build clutter. Convert any project to a job and back with one dropdown — fully reversible, nothing lost.

Subcontractor Management

Full subcontractor onboarding with 6-stage status workflow, insurance tracking with expiration alerts, document management, payment info, project assignments (with contract amount auto-read from sub SOV and shared-org project visibility), and contract generation with merge fields.

Sub Compliance Dashboard

A red/amber/green matrix of every sub's COI (GL, Workers' Comp, Auto, Umbrella), W-9, and license expirations — plus a compliance banner on each sub and an 'Approve Anyway' gate when paying a non-compliant sub.

Bid Management

Run bid day inside PAMPA: create a bid package per trade (scope, due date, plans attached automatically) and send Invitations to Bid — subs price the scope online from a private link, no account needed, and can revise until you award. A coverage board shows who's viewed, bid, or declined; AI Level bids normalizes everything apples-to-apples and flags scope gaps between bidders; one click awards the winner and assigns them to the project with their bid as the contract value.

Subcontractor Prequalification

One click emails a sub the standard prequal questionnaire (company, financials, bonding, EMR/safety record, references) — they answer from a link, no account needed. AI scores the responses 0–100, suggests a tier, and explains in plain English exactly which answers drove it before you approve.

Subcontractor Self-Service Portal

Every sub gets one permanent private link where they upload their COI, W-9, and license, confirm scheduled dates, sign anything waiting on them, and check where each pay application stands — without calling your office. Replace the link any time to cut off access.

City Inspections

Track 28 inspection types with status workflow (Pending → Requested → Scheduled → Approved/Failed), multiple dates, notes, and multiple document uploads per inspection with inline preview.

Project Financials

Per-project budget tracking across 10 construction phases with $/sqft KPIs, color-coded progress bars, and budget vs actual comparisons. A dedicated Owner Billing tab is the receivables workspace: invoices to the owner (pull one straight from a client pay app), fully editable payments with balance prefill, A/R aging buckets (Current → 90+ days past due), % of contract billed, % collected, and average collection time.

Portfolio Dashboard

The owner's cockpit, in two halves. The development portfolio: square footage on hand, total sell value, cost to build against what's actually been spent, gross profit and margin, net profit after loan interest, the partners' after-tax split, what you owe, what you're owed, and what it costs to run the company — with a bar splitting every dollar of sell value into build, land and profit. Construction operations: every active job's contract value, billed to date, projected final cost and margin (red when underwater), over/under billing and AR, plus a risk strip for expiring COIs, overdue tasks, stuck pay apps and unconfirmed schedules. A 'Worth a look' panel flags every figure still resting on an assumption and links straight to the fix. Behind it sits a tabbed executive suite — branch bookkeeping with QuickBooks P&L import, a loan manager, and partner profitability — each tab permissioned per user, and every headline number computed by the same code as the tab it summarizes. The loan manager handles one note funding several projects (split equally or by your own shares, with each project charged only its share of the interest) and reports interest per square foot. Partner profitability describes the real deal rather than a flat percentage — your share of the sale price and a co-owner's contribution — and previews both sides, including the co-owner's return, before you save.

Branch Expense Books

Lightweight bookkeeping for satellite branches: an expense and income register with running balances, categories and accounts you manage in place, filters and CSV export, a monthly spend chart, and cost KPIs.

Loan Manager

Track construction lending in both directions — borrowed notes and money lent to your own projects — with daily interest accrual, per-loan ledgers, agreement attachments, and a live net position for any as-of date.

Partners Profitability

Model development-project profitability from editable assumptions, allocate each project's profit between partners with configurable split rules, and see the after-tax position per partner.

Cost Forecasting & WIP

Enter estimate-to-complete per phase and see the Projected Final Cost and over/under trend before the money is gone. A Work-in-Progress rollup shows every project the way controllers and bonding companies want it — earned vs billed (over/under billing), committed costs, cost-basis % complete — with one-click PDF export.

Project Photos

Photo gallery with drag-and-drop upload, HEIC conversion, EXIF metadata extraction, GPS coordinates, admin-configurable tags, fullscreen lightbox (scroll-zoom + drag-pan), ZIP download, and PDF photo log export. Save named, ordered Presentations to re-open in the viewer, and use a presentation pen to draw temporary marks while presenting (they fade away, nothing saved). Tag photos by building (BLDG #/Name) and apply it to many at once — a Building filter and badges keep multi-building jobs organized.

Rotate Project Photos

Fix sideways photos right in the enlarged viewer with one-click 90° rotation in either direction. The corrected orientation saves everywhere it counts — gallery, PDF photo logs, and the client portal.

Photo Intelligence

Every project photo is AI-analyzed — content tags (trade, materials, equipment, stage), a one-line description, and an advisory safety-hazard flag. Search the pile for 'crane' or 'rebar' and actually find it, filter to flagged hazards, and batch-analyze your existing backlog with one click.

Office TV Showcase

A fullscreen, looping slideshow built from saved photo presentations across projects — designed to run on an office TV. Pick which presentations play, set the timing, and toggle random order; each photo shows the project name, city, and square footage with a slow zoom and crossfade. Access is granted per-user.

360 Jobsite Viewer

Navigate construction sites in immersive 360° panorama. Upload MP4 walkthroughs with GPS/GPX data, floor plan overlay with calibration, satellite minimap, session date navigation, and custom fullscreen mode. Spot a defect while you're in there and raise an Issue or a Punch item straight from the view — it captures exactly what you framed, attaches it, and fills in the location. The New Session dialog lists the clips you've already imported across every project, so a camera SD card can be checked off at a glance.

Drone Flyover

Turn one drone video into a whole set of dated aerial stills, instead of uploading photos one at a time. PAMPA pulls a frame every few seconds right in your browser, and reads the GPS straight out of the video — DJI writes the flight log inside the file — so every still is pinned on a satellite map. Step through them, play them back like a time-lapse, go full screen, download any frame as JPG or PNG, or copy one into the project's photo gallery tagged and geotagged automatically.

Plan Room (Drawing Register)

A sheet-by-sheet drawing register like Procore or Autodesk Build. Upload one multi-page PDF set and PAMPA splits it into individual sheets and reads each sheet number and title from the title block (digital text + AI vision), with a review screen to correct anything before publishing. Browse every sheet with thumbnails, discipline (color-coded NCS codes) and status filters, and search — in List or Card view. Each sheet keeps its full revision history (IFC and Permit issues version independently), links to RFIs, and supports side-by-side Compare of revisions. Mark sheets up in a full PDF annotation editor — highlighter, arrows, revision clouds, text, dimensions with real-world scale calibration, and approval stamps — with pointer-anchored zoom, middle-mouse panning, and per-page undo. Any sheet with markups gets a one-click View that opens it with the annotations already drawn on, no editor needed. The same editor works on submittal attachments, so it isn't locked to the drawing set. On metal-building (PEMB) sets it also reads the drawing title printed below the drawing, and View Full Set can rebuild a live 'current set' from the sheets shown (latest revision of each). Multi-building projects get General + per-building tabs (buildings come from the PEMB orders) so each building's drawings stay separate. The same register powers the client portal, read-only.

Client Portal + Messaging

A refined, branded external portal (the 'Blueprint Atelier' design, accented with each organization's brand color) where clients follow their project one section at a time via a clean tab bar. The Overview lands on a real dashboard — project details, a live jobsite weather card, and a 'What's New' activity feed that flags everything added since their last visit. Optional per-client tabs add Plans, Photos, 360 tours, a live Schedule timeline, Submittals, answered RFIs, an Estimates tab (PEMB, storefront/canopy, and quick estimates — which clients can approve), Change Orders (approvable too), and a Financials tab with independently-toggled Contract, Change Orders, Cost Breakdown (Cost-Plus), and Billing & Payments views. Clients can download all photos, plans, or documents as a zip. Everything is scoped so clients only ever see finalized items — never internal drafts, pricing, or cost (unless you enable it for a Cost-Plus job). Built-in direct messaging (with image & PDF attachments) lets clients chat live with their assigned team, with a staff-side inbox.

CAD Room

A CAD file library right on the project Plans tab, below the Drawing Register. Upload DWG/DXF files with a title, revision, and date, then view them in-app (rendered by the ShareCAD viewer), download, edit, or delete — so native CAD lives alongside the published plan sheets.

Document Management

A Windows-Explorer file manager for every project document, on both the Project Docs and Contract Docs tabs. Build your own folder tree — create, rename, nest, color-code, and delete folders — and move files between them by drag-and-drop or a Move-to picker. A side preview pane shows PDFs and images while you browse, with search, sort, and one-click download. Contract Docs keeps the same explorer plus AI Risk Review and Owner-contract generation.

Photos Pinned to Plans

As-built photo documentation: tap a spot on any plan sheet and pin a project photo right where the work is. Camera dots on the drawing open the photo full-screen; pins follow the sheet number so they carry forward automatically when a new revision is uploaded.

Plan Drafting

Workspace for the drafting team to take 3D models and plans from base files → drafting → final. Multi-drafter/reviewer orders with guidelines, 3D cloud links, per-order time clock (pause/resume), file versioning (drag-and-drop upload), deliverables checklist, and comments — with in-app notifications to drafters & reviewers on new comments, assignment, and status changes. PDF export. Subcontractor billing rolls time up by semi-monthly period with per-order invoice upload, paid tracking, and Send-to-QBO.

Drafting → Plan Room

Send a Final drafting PDF straight into the project's Plan Room as a drawing — assign its name, drawing type, revision, and status in one step so finished deliverables land where the whole team expects them.

Drafting Clock Indicator

A live clock indicator shows which drafting order you're punched into from anywhere in Plan Drafting — running timer always visible, with Pause and Clock Out one tap away so no billable time slips by.

E-Signatures

Send any contract for signature with no per-envelope fees — each signer gets a secure email link where they review the PDF and draw their signature with a finger or mouse, no account or login needed. When everyone signs, PAMPA stamps a certificate page onto the PDF with every signature, timestamp, and IP address for a full audit trail. The same engine signs lien waivers and T&M tickets.

T&M Tickets

Get paid for out-of-scope work: log labor, materials, and equipment — 'Add crew from time log' pulls the day's crew and hours straight from time tracking — then get the client's signature on the spot by email link or by handing them your phone. One click converts the signed ticket into a draft change order, no re-typing.

Closeout & Warranty

Seed the standard turnover checklist (O&M manuals, warranties, as-builts, final lien waivers…), assign each item to the sub who owes it, and request uploads by email — then Download Binder zips everything collected into one turnover package for the owner. Warranty claims route to the responsible sub with the warranty expiry computed from substantial completion.

Safety Observations

Log unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and good catches in seconds — each with a severity, corrective action, owner, and due date, alongside Toolbox Talks (now with a topic library and AI-suggested topics drawn from the day's weather and scheduled work) and the incident log. The observation and corrective-action record carriers like to see at renewal.

Meetings Log

The Hugh AI agent turns meeting transcripts into structured logs — summary, participants, full transcript, and extracted action items. Action items are review-only drafts you edit, approve, reject, then convert into real PAMPA tasks (suggested assignee pre-filled), individually or all-approved-at-once. Search, status filters, Markdown transcript, and Meeting Minutes PDF export.

Operations & HR

Streamline daily operations

Equipment, purchasing, payroll, and workforce management in one place.

Equipment Rental

Track equipment with configurable types, make/model details, billing history, and pickup request workflows. A Cost Advisor reads the non-linear day/week/4-week rates to tell you exactly when to return each unit (or keep it the full 4 weeks) so you never over-pay. A full-screen Matrix edits every rental at once for audits, plus a fleet-wide PDF report.

Equipment Suggested Return

Set a planned return date on any rental and the Cost Advisor instantly flags whether it's cost-optimal or you're overpaying — so you return gear on the cheapest day, not the convenient one.

Purchase Orders

Create, track, and manage purchase orders with vendor integration, approval workflows, and comprehensive financial tracking.

Employee Management

Complete employee records with user account linking, hourly wages, employment history, and time adjustments per pay period.

Team Birthdays

A dashboard card celebrates teammates — staff or employees — with a birthday in the next 3 days, and wishes them a happy birthday on the day. It shows only the month and day (never the year) and self-hides when none are coming up. Set birthdays in Admin → Users, the Employee forms, or your own under Settings.

Payroll Processing

Biweekly payroll with 80-hour base, time adjustments, run payroll per employee, payroll history with void functionality.

Time Tracking

Daily project log with AM/PM split or full-day tracking. GPS clock-in/out from the field. Time log with filters and PDF export. Crews stop losing hours to forgotten clocks: PAMPA asks once at the start of the day if you aren't on the clock, and reminds you on the way out — when you head for the browser's close button, when you sign out, and when you close the tab while still clocked in.

Pay Applications

G702/G703 payment applications with Schedule of Values, retainage, multiple draws, bi-monthly or monthly billing cycle per pay app, status workflow, lien waiver generation, certification block, and PDF export. Import SOV from Project Budget applies dual-markup stacking (Main Markup to Owner + T1 Sub Markup) so the owner price and the sub price are captured side-by-side per line. Release retainage the AIA way: a per-application override rate for partial releases at substantial completion, a Final application that bills out all remaining retainage, and automatic contract closeout (locked SOV, Closed Out badge) when the final app is paid. Know how long every client takes to pay: a payment-timing report measures each application from the application date, the period end and the building-delivery date, colour-codes every day count against a 30-day target, and exports on your letterhead. Correcting a period or payment date on an already-paid application never disturbs what was billed.

Subcontractor Pay Apps

G702/G703 payment applications for subcontractors with horizontal project-tabs selector, SOV import from project SOV (reads the sub portion only so GC margin isn't duplicated), progress tracking, retainage, and PDF export.

Pay App Cascade

Tier 1 + Tier 2 subcontractor assignments with parent linking. Invoicing tab shows the full cascade — client pay apps, T1 subs, and T2 subs nested visually with per-T1 rollup (Billing owner / Paying T2 subs / Net margin), contract progress bars, and billing-period stepper.

Add to Client Pay App

One-click workflow: enter markup % + retainage %, and a T1 sub's period billing folds into a draft client pay app. Matches T1 line items to project SOV phases, stacks multiple T1 contributions, and blocks accidental double-posting.

Lien Waiver Exchange

Every generated Texas statutory waiver gets an E-sign action — the signer reviews the actual form and signs from an email link, no account needed. PAMPA suggests the right waiver type for the moment (conditional before payment, unconditional after), holds early unconditional waivers 'in escrow — unofficial until paid,' and flips them to Released automatically when the pay app is marked paid.

Automations

Build if-this-then-that rules with no code: when a COI expires within 14 days, a task goes 3 days overdue, a pay app sits submitted, or a sub hasn't confirmed their dates — notify people, create a task, or fire an AI-agent webhook. Rules run hourly, each finding fires at most once a month so nothing spams, and a Recent Activity feed shows everything they did.

AI Cameras

Live HLS/WebRTC streaming with a global Auto/WebRTC/HLS switch (remembered per pod) and Reload all, scheduled snapshots, daily AI reports, activity timeline, and safety monitoring for jobsite and office cameras.

Estimating

Professional estimates & proposals

Purpose-built estimating tools for pre-engineered metal buildings, storefronts, and more.

PEMB Designer

Design multi-building metal complexes with a live, fully-dimensioned drawing — plan, four elevations, and a 3D view with true panel colors and a red-iron wireframe mode. Doors, windows, and framed openings drag into place with live dimensions. Then link the design to a Metallic myPortal project: the jobsite and codes pull IN automatically, and one click pushes every building through myPortal's full tab chain — geometry, bay layout, girts, endwalls, shop coat, frames, bracing, roof and wall panels with true colors, trim, deflections, insulation, and framed openings — ending with myPortal's own completion check telling you exactly what's left before pricing. No double entry, in either direction.

PEMB Estimates

Full PEMB estimating with markup multipliers, status workflow (Draft/Sent/Approved), QuickBooks sync, and professional PDF proposals.

PEMB Orders

Supplier order management with change orders, order types, vendor tracking, delivery scheduling, backorder tracking, and erection status workflow.

PEMB Erection Tracking

Visual matrix grid for tracking erection progress by plan. Color-coded status per phase, week-based scheduling, and PDF export.

PEMB Back Charges

Track costs from supplier errors with dual status workflows, financial tracking for materials/labor/invoices, and 5-section PDF export.

Quick Estimates

Simplified estimate system for components, change orders, and miscellaneous items with QuickBooks integration and product mapping. A company-wide SKU product catalog fills line items in one pick (price, internal cost, QBO mapping); internal cost columns and a live Total Cost / Profit / Markup panel show your margin while you build — never on the client's PDF. Full Draft → Sent → Approved / Declined workflow tracks what clients turned down.

TXLM Storefronts & Canopies

Visual drag-and-drop estimate builder with real-time pricing, PDF export with engineering-style drawings, status workflow, auto-incrementing estimate numbers, shipping calculator, and canopy SKU generation.

Native Storefront Designer

CAD-like SVG elevation editor that reads like a real shop drawing. Click to drop intermediate mullions and per-bay intermediates (snap to 1/8″), or drag members directly to reposition with live snapping, a floating bay/row readout, arrow-key nudge, and neighbor clamping. Set infill per lite (Glass / Door / Panel) with live DLO + glass-size readouts. A live 3D view (orbit-and-zoom) shows color-coded frame members, translucent glass, and doors/panels as you design. A live Bill of Materials updates on the page — optimized cut list grouped by 24 ft stock bar, extrusion + accessory rollup with cost, glass schedule, and material-cost summary — the same engine the work order is built from. Edit overall width/height and re-divide into equal bays after creation, then Export PDF for a production drawing package (scaled elevation + cut list + parts + glass schedule).

Sales Orders → Work Orders

Confirm an estimate → snapshots the BOM, freezes the design, locks pricing, auto-numbers a Sales Order. Procure Materials groups by preferred vendor; one-click POs. Receive Selected bridges aluminum receipts straight to the bars table with auto-generated barcodes (SKU-FINISH-NNN) tagged with the line's finish, so the shop floor sees real bars to pull. Non-bar receipts upsert finish-aware (product, location, finish) stock. Create Work Order materializes the BOM into a Storefront WO.

Storefront Work Orders + Shop Display

End-to-end fabrication pipeline. Office: Parts (PDF pull list with an On Hand vs Needed column, red when short), Cut List grouped by extrusion (V/H column), Punching tab with Acura-press intermediate-block dimensions in mixed fractions, Assembly with per-elevation build quantity (×N) — multi-build elevations show a one-elevation cut list and an ‘X / N elevations assembled’ counter so each copy is tracked — and an interactive Open Assembly View (Plan PDF / Wireframe tab toggle — Wireframe is a labeled, proportionally-scaled grid that maps every cut's component·function_label to its physical position; click any cuts-table row to highlight the matching member in neon green; tick cuts used and step the assembled counter right inside the viewer), Glass with WBP Glass Order PDF import for precise per-piece mapping. The Winbid Pro import auto-maps each Plans-PDF page to its elevation by reading the page label — text when present, OCR for scanned/image-only PDFs — with page thumbnails to verify, derives how many copies of each elevation to build from the cut list, and auto-detects the most common finish to confirm a per-WO Default Finish so the shop's parts cards and Pull Stock dialog cascade per-part finish → WO default → null and stop surfacing the wrong color's stock. Shop: light-themed fullscreen kiosk for 10-ft viewing, a Pull 1 Bar control to pull stock one bar at a time as you cut (synced with the office pull count), HTML cut/drop labels with thumbnails + finish chip + H/V orientation glyph + big cut length, NEEDS PUNCHING pill, frame labels printed one per elevation copy (COPY i/N with per-elevation cut/glass counts), glass labels stamped with the elevation mark they belong to, Acura setup line, per-finish stock pills on parts (with a colored banner showing which cascade source resolved the filter), ⚡ Direct Print sibling next to every Print button — all labels print through an isolated frame for exactly one page per label with no blank sheets (silent under Chrome --kiosk-printing).

CNC Router Work Orders + Shop Display

Plywood / sheet-goods fabrication driven by VCARVE Pro. Drop a bundle of HTML Job Setup Sheets + per-operation .nc GCODE files; the import dialog parses each HTML in-browser (sheet name, material dims, datum positions, tools with feed/RPM/depth/pass/stepover, toolpath operations, inline SVG layout) and auto-pairs each .nc to its (sheet, operation) by filename. Per-sheet shop kiosk: 3-column layout with Material Setup + 5-state workflow (Pending → Setup → Running → QC → Complete) + Pull 1 sheet from TXLM Inventory on the left, big expandable SVG layout + Operations checklist with a Download GCODE button per operation on the middle, and a Tools panel with large feed/spindle/depth values readable at 10 ft on the right. Office detail page has a sheet grid with mini-SVG previews + Maximize, Default Plywood picker (SKU + rack), and an Export PDF button that packages the whole job — cover page + 2 pages per sheet (info + full-page rasterized drawing).

TXLM Inventory

One product per extrusion with per-finish vendor codes (supplier_part_number, supplier_finish_code, unit_cost) in a dedicated Finishes & Vendor Codes card. Bars-by-finish tracking, per-(location, finish) stock rollup, auto-barcoded bars at receive (CG4513-80-001 style). Card / List view with hover-zoom, in-place Edit, color-coded Stock pill, per-finish stock chips on multi-finish products, click-empty-thumbnail upload, Bars UoM, requires-punching flag (V/H scoping), CSV Export / Import with per-row preview, soft-delete Deactivate. Location-aware list — Location filter strip across the top, MapPin chips on every card showing exactly which racks each product lives at. Print Labels for warehouse locations (multi-select, 2.25″×4″ or 2.25″×1.25″, CODE128 LOC: barcode that the global scanner recognizes as a location). Print Count Sheet PDF with product thumbnails, per-finish breakdown rows, location codes column, and the active org's logo in the header. ⚡ Direct Print on every label button.

Bluetooth Barcode Scanner (App-Wide)

Any HID-keyboard Bluetooth/USB scanner works anywhere in the app. Buffers fast keystrokes (under 50ms) and fires a layered lookup on Enter — LOC: prefix → bars → finish barcode → finish supplier_part_number → product barcode → product SKU/sku_alt — so any label the app prints is recognizable on the way back in. Bottom-right toast renders contextual quick-actions per scan: Bar gets Open Product + Bar Label reprint; Product / Finish gets Open + Receive (transaction dialog with finish pre-selected) + Print Label; Location gets Show Inventory Here (deep-link with the location filter pre-applied) + Reprint; No-match gets Create Product with this Barcode. Look-up only by default — actions are explicit. Skips inputs/textareas so manual typing isn't hijacked.

Storefront System Catalog

Global catalog of vendor framing systems (Trulite CT451 seeded — 14 extrusions, 14 accessories, per-role cut formulas). Read-only admin viewer at Admin Console → Storefront Systems. Adding a new system (CG451 curtain wall, Tubelite, etc.) is a seed file — no code changes.

AI Fabrication Parts (/fabpart)

Describe a part in plain English and generate CNC-ready fabrication files — a plasma DXF with true arcs, STL for 3D printing, STEP for CAD, plus dimensioned shop-drawing PDFs with a title block, parameter table, and hole schedule. Parts push into a shared library with a 3D viewer, file downloads, and version history.

PEMB AB Templates (AI anchor-bolt takeoff)

Point it at a metal building's anchor-rod sheets (F1 setting plan + F2 details) and a vision model reads them: every hexagon template mark counted with its grid location, the framed-opening schedule, plate sizes, rod diameters and bolt dimensions — then the app deterministically draws each plywood setting template as a true-1:1 CNC-ready SVG built like the shop's own AutoCAD block: steel line engraved and labeled, flush or bypass-girt offsets, concrete-notch and nailing-strip bands, rotated portal-frame columns, and the quantity noted on a no-toolpath layer for VCarve nesting. Every extracted number is editable with the drawing redrawing live, and the app's own bolt takeoff (with per-mark math) is cross-checked against the sheet's printed totals — it has already caught a fabricator's own table being wrong.

Asset Management

Track company equipment with photos, PDF manuals, QR codes for labeling, supplier data, maintenance schedules with reminders, and maintenance logs with cost tracking.

FIELD MODE

Built for the jobsite

A mobile-optimized interface designed for on-site construction workers. Quick access to everything you need without leaving the field.

GPS Arrive/Leave with automatic location logging
Quick photo upload and punch list creation
Task management and completion from the field

Integrations & AI

Connected & intelligent

Seamlessly integrated with the tools you already use — and grounded in your own data.

QuickBooks Integration

Send PEMB and Quick Estimates directly to QuickBooks Online — a linked project's jobsite address is carried over as the estimate's Ship To. OAuth connection, customer mapping, product/service mapping, and sync status tracking. Clients sync both ways: import a QBO customer as a PAMPA client in one click, or push a PAMPA client into QuickBooks (with duplicate-name protection). One-click Pull from QuickBooks on the project Budget tab reads per-construction-phase actual costs across every company that invoices the project and fills the budget's Actual column — with a preview before saving — replacing manual entry.

Budget Actuals from CSV

Import a QuickBooks Consolidated P&L export to fill every construction-phase actual at once — no line-by-line entry. Auto-calculated Markup and Total-to-Owner cards show your margin the moment the numbers land.

QUO CRM + Contacts Directory

Phone system integration with contact sync and communications logging. A team-wide Contacts directory brings every client, vendor, and standalone contact (inspectors, architects, city officials) into one searchable, org-aware place — one-click call / text / email, a QUO sync badge, and last-contacted dates. Add general contacts assignable to one or many organizations. Send a text straight through QUO from PAMPA (and it's logged), and click any contact for a per-contact timeline of recent calls and texts with summaries and recordings.

Gmail Integration

Link project emails from Gmail — attachments included — view correspondence in the Emails tab, compose and reply directly from PAMPA. The Gmail Add-on turns any email into a linked record, an AI-drafted task, or a QuickBooks receipt (logged automatically on the Receipts page) without leaving the inbox.

PAMPA Brain (AI Smart Library)AI SMART LIBRARY

The company's document library, made smart — replace the shared folders for good. Organize everything in a real folder tree (dropped folder trees import with their structure intact, 16 folder colors), color-coded smart collections that grow automatically as matching documents arrive, and a personal ★ Favorites list that follows each user across computers. One search box does it all: a streamed AI answer with clickable citations on top, then title matches, exact text hits, and related-by-meaning passages the AI found even when your words don't appear. Act on any document without leaving the library — email it (recipients autocomplete from staff, clients, and vendors), turn it into a numbered project submittal with the file attached, copy one or many to a project's Documents tab, or collect a cart of documents to ZIP, email, interrogate together, or turn into a single submittal. The full Cart page previews every file before it goes out, lets you select a subset and run any action on just those, drag files into the exact order the package should assemble, and save the whole cart as a named, reusable set — the recurring submittal package becomes one click. A built-in viewer shows exactly what the AI indexed; chat answers cite the exact source page; live project data (meetings, transcripts, projects) can be indexed too. Curators manage sources; everything respects each person's permissions.

PAMPA SentinelDAILY AI BRIEFING

Every morning before 8, Sentinel scans the whole portfolio — jobs trending over budget or thin on margin, work performed but not yet billed, receivables past 60 days, expiring COIs, stuck pay apps, unanswered schedule confirmations, stalled warranty claims — and writes a plain-English briefing naming the specific projects and dollar amounts, ending with the one action worth taking today. It lands on the Portfolio dashboard and in the Monday email, and every claim is backed by the raw signals stored with it.

AI Contract Risk Review

Read the contract before it reads you: the AI flags risky clauses by category and severity — pay-if-paid, uncapped liquidated damages, one-sided indemnity, short notice windows — quoting the actual contract language, and extracts every dated obligation you're on the hook for. Check the ones that matter and they become high-priority tasks in one click.

Ask Your Data

Flip the Data toggle on the assistant and ask in plain English: 'Which projects are trending over budget?' 'Any subs with expired insurance?' It looks the answer up in your live PAMPA data — projects, budgets and forecasts, schedules, sub compliance — and replies with real numbers in clean tables. Read-only, and it sees exactly what you're allowed to see.

AI Text Assist

A ✨ sparkle icon sits beside almost every long-text field in PAMPA — roughly 144 of them, from scopes of work and RFIs to safety write-ups and daily reports. Polish & improve, make professional, expand bullet points, summarize, fix grammar, or give it your own instruction. It knows what kind of field it's helping with: safety records stay factual, daily-report sections stay terse, comments stay conversational.

Scout a Lot (AI Due Diligence)

Drop in an address and the AI researches the live web — county appraisal district, GIS/parcel viewers, FEMA flood maps, zoning ordinances, sales records — and comes back with owner, parcel, zoning, and flood data, plus a Sources card citing exactly where each fact came from. It also checks CREXi and LoopNet for an active listing and links straight to it. Anything it can't verify goes in Data Gaps instead of a guess.

AI Daily Report Draft

One click writes the day's daily report from what PAMPA already knows — clock-in/out, active schedule items, photos taken (including AI-flagged hazards), toolbox talks, safety incidents, PO deliveries, and logged weather. The superintendent reviews and edits instead of starting from a blank page; sections with nothing to support them come back empty rather than invented.

Photo → Punch Item (AI)

Open a jobsite photo and click Punch Item (AI): the vision model looks at what's in frame and pre-fills a punch list entry — title, description, category, priority — with the photo already attached. You confirm before anything is created; if it doesn't see an actual defect, it says so instead of inventing one.

AI Pay App Auditor

An AI Audit button on subcontractor pay applications produces a risk memo before you approve: billed % against real schedule progress, front-loading vs prior periods, lines billed past their scheduled value, retainage overrides that don't match the contract, and missing lien waivers on already-paid applications. PAMPA computes every number; the AI only weighs them and writes the memo. Advisory only — approving stays your decision.

Schedule Risk Brief

A Risk Brief button on each project's schedule reads the next 3 weeks and connects what nothing else connects: subs who never confirmed (or went stale), submittals stuck in someone's court that block upcoming work, weather-sensitive items landing on bad-forecast days, and predecessors already running late. Each risk comes with the date it bites and the one next action to take.

AI Receipt Scanner

Snap or upload a receipt — photo or PDF — and one tap reads it: vendor, final total after tax, purchase date, and a ready title like 'Home Depot - Lumber'. Works in the Receipts page and Field Mode; multi-page invoices are read first-and-last page where the total lives. It never guesses — unreadable fields stay empty, and you review before saving.

AI Assistant

A Ctrl+J chat sidebar, grounded in your manuals, catalogs, and project data, answers questions from anywhere in PAMPA with clickable citations back to the source page.

Multi-Provider AI, Priced Live

Pick which model powers each feature — Google Gemini, OpenAI, xAI Grok, Anthropic Claude, or Hugh (PAMPA's own agent) — with live list pricing ($ per 1M tokens) and capability badges (vision, tool calling, reasoning, context window) shown right in the dropdown. Set one fallback model that PAMPA automatically retries on if a feature's chosen provider goes down or isn't configured, and track exactly what every call costs on the AI Spend card.

Administration

Powerful admin controls

Fine-grained configuration for organizations, roles, permissions, and system settings.

Team Activity Insights

See how much your team is actually using the system — not how many pages they opened. Real work is recorded automatically across two dozen areas of the app by the database itself, so it counts whether it was done at a desk, in Field Mode, through the Gmail add-on or by an integration, and new features are covered without anyone remembering to instrument them. Each action carries a tunable weight, so a contribution score reflects filing a daily report rather than clicking around; page views count zero. Overview, per-person, timeline and scoring views, with filters by date, person, area and action type, per-person drill-downs, and PDF and CSV reports. Visible to super admins only.

QuickBooks Activity Import

Bookkeeping happens in QuickBooks, so the people doing it can look idle. Drop in a QuickBooks Online Audit Log export and that work joins the same timeline, scored the same way and covered by the same filters and reports. Names rarely match between systems, so the app suggests who is who and you confirm it — never a guess — and remembers your decisions for next time. Re-importing an overlapping export is safe: rows already on file are skipped, not double-counted.
